You have graduated from medical school and you are now responsible for your own hospital! You must work from the ground up and build different treatment rooms that your patients can attend to get the medical attention they require.

Build treatment rooms in your medical center and hire specialized doctors to work there. Patients will come in with all kinds of unusual ailments. Can you help them get the right medication? Make sure you have enough elixirs and syrups in stock by producing them in your own lab.
