每位玩家发13张牌，轮流抽牌、组成组合牌并弃一张牌结束自己的回合。组合牌是由三张或更多牌组成，可以是3张同花顺（同花色连续牌）或3到4张同点牌。当有玩家打出他最后一张牌时，一局即结束。然后根据玩家组成的组合牌向每位玩家发放分数。玩家手中剩余的牌计为负分，并降低该玩家的分数。在Y8.com尽情玩乐Rummy 500纸牌游戏吧！
