In yoga tradition, surya namaskar, often known as "sun salutations" are the way to start the practice. They are an oportunity to focus on breathing, movement and inner connection. "Vinyasa" is a sanskrit term, that refers to a fluid and dynamic practice, it is based on water atributes, such as movement, pureness and dance. In this video I wanted to show you how beautiful is vinyasa in sun salutation, and also amazingly meditative and spiritual.
