This was shot using the A6300 and the Sony 35mm OSS. I used the 35mm as it is my only stabilised lens and as I was shooting handheld (except a couple of shots from a little travel tripod), I needed the stablity to combat the rolling shutter of this gem of a camera. I also shot it all at 50 fps knowing that slowing down the footage would help 'smooth' it out a bit (so sadly no 4k again!!!). It was my first time shooting in S-log 3 but found it no different to S-log 2 when it came to exposing a few stops over. It was more challenging to my last video though as the difference between shadows and highlights was much more extreme due the the bright sun coming through the trees.
It was edited in and graded in FCP X and I used the Color Grading Central Osiris Vision X LUT.
Thanks once again to the beautiful Hannah for making it much more interesting!
