The dog had always been at ease around his owner's horses. He was never terrified of them, instead it was the other way around. This day, as Rio was sitting on this horse's hays just in front of the stables, one of the horses that was initially licking Rio's back began trying to playfully bite it as well. Rio attempted to stop him a few times before gently walking away.
