The kids are twins named Alexandra and Cassandra, Alex and Cassie. Told our kids that Santa brings coal for the naughty kids and they started misbehaving saying they wanted coal, they were only 3 at the time. We said if you're naughty Santa brings dog poo. I ordered plastic poop online and we told them that Fairy Christmas, our elf on the shelf, brought them something from Santa and it was under our tree. It was the plastic poop wrapped up.
