Angela has welcomed hundreds of visitors to Pt England School in 2010. This speech was recorded in December when she welcomes guests to the school for the release of the "Ultra-Fast: Understanding the Next Generation of Broadband in New Zealand" guide by Alcatel-Lucent.

Included in the day was a letter read out to the students by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Hon. Steven Joyce.
